Summer Retreat: Dates & Fees

We are now accepting applications for the 2025 season. The Retreat dates will be between Thursday June 12th until Friday 4th July 2025. The exact cost price per student is £3,950 for the 3 week program. However, we are operating a tiered tuition model to make this program accessible. There are three options:

  • Tier 1 - £4,900 - This is for those families who can afford to pay a little more in order to support our mission. We would ask that these families pay the cost price plus c.25%, all of which will go to support the place of another student. However, we appreciate any additional support that your family might be able to offer, so please see our ‘Support’ page.

  • Tier 2 - £3,950- This is the tier that accurately represents the cost of the program.

  • Tier 3 - £1,975 - This covers half of the cost of the program, and should be for those families with a household income of less than £80,000 per year.

  • Tier 4 - Please contact us if you would not be able to afford our tier 3 price and we can discuss what might work.

After initial application, we request a non-refundable deposit to reserve a student’s space on the Summer Retreat. This deposit will be calculated at 30% of the tuition tier, as follows:

Winter Semester:

Winter Semester: Dates & Fees

[THE WINTER SEMESTER IS IN DEVELOPMENT] We are not accepting applications for the 2025 season. The dates are Saturday January 4th until Friday March 28th 2025. The exact cost price per student is £20,800 for the three month program. However, we are operating a tiered tuition model to make this program accessible. There are three options:

  • Tier 1 - £24,960 - This is for those families who can afford to pay a little more in order to subsidise the costs for another students. We are giving these families the option to pay the cost price plus 20%, which will go to support the place of another student. If you feel that your family might be able to help out beyond this, please see our ‘Support’ page.

  • Tier 2 - £20,800 - This is the tier that accurately represents the cost of the program.

  • Tier 3 - £10,400 - This covers half of the cost of the program, and should be for those families with a total household income of less that £100,000 per year.

  • Tier 4 - Please contact us if you would not be able to afford our tier 3 price and we can discuss what might be possible.

  • Upon application, please tell us which tier applies to your situation.
